02 / The model

Product design, without the four-month hire.

No onboarding theatre. Subscribe, add briefs, get work back. Pause the months you don't need it.

  1. 01SubscribePick a plan. Your shared Notion board is ready within 24 hours.
  2. 02Add briefsAdd as many as you like. One is active at a time, so your problem gets solved properly instead of split across a queue.
  3. 03Receive work48 hours on average. Files, specs, or a deployed site, depending on plan. Cancel whenever.
03 / Why it's hard

Some products are genuinely hard to design.

Enterprise systems that carry real operational weight, where one wrong default creates risk downstream and the interface has to stay clear while the thing underneath is anything but.

AI is where this gets sharpest, and where the strongest work happens. But the discipline holds everywhere: take genuine complexity and make it obvious to use, without hiding how the system behaves.

The work this is built for
  • Enterprise systems under real operational load
  • AI & agentic products where behaviour isn't deterministic
  • Configuration-heavy tools that have to stay safe to use
  • Complex data & state made legible at a glance
  • Products built to scale without losing coherence
04 / Selected work

Concept builds, taken to production standard.

Enterprise AI, fintech, SaaS and crypto. Systems designed to stay clear under real operational load, built to the standard client work ships at.

05 / What you can ask for

Six things, done properly.

Core

Product design

The core product, designed to hold up in real use, not just in a screenshot.

Core

Web design

Sites and landing pages that convert, and look the part doing it.

Core

Brand identity

The mark, the system, and the rules that keep it coherent as you grow.

Marketing

Pitch & fundraise decks

The deck that has to look credible next to your funded competitor's.

Marketing

Launch kits

Everything an announcement needs, done once and built to reuse.

Marketing

Paid ad creative

Ad creative that carries the brand and earns the click.

Anything not listed, ask. If it's design or front-end, it's probably in scope.

06 / Pricing

Two plans. Public, because you'd only ask anyway.

Partner
€3,000 / month

The design tier. Senior product design on tap, without a full-time hire.

  • One active brief, unlimited queue
  • 48-hour average turnaround
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Product, web, brand, decks, launch kits, ad creative
  • AI-native & agentic UX depth included
  • Design-system foundations in Figma
  • Figma source files, yours to keep
  • Async board, optional monthly check-in
  • Pause or cancel anytime
Studio
€3,800 / month

The build tier. For teams who want it built and shipped, not handed over as files.

  • Everything in Partner, plus the build layer:
  • Working front-end shipped: full sites designed, built and deployed, no dev handoff
  • Components shipped as code + Figma, ready to drop in
  • Design systems codified, Figma and code aligned
  • 48-hour average, often within 24
  • Strategy call on request

Studio ships standalone, self-contained front-end. Your team owns integration into your production app; deep integration is a separate engagement.

Both plans: async-first, no hourly tracking, no fixed hours.

Pause anytime

Finish the month you're in, and billing stops from the next one. No part-months to track.

Cancel anytime

No contract, no notice period, no exit call. Month to month, always.

Know fast

A week is several briefs, enough to tell if it's a fit. No long commitment to find out.

07 / FAQ

The questions you're already asking.

How fast do I get work back?
48 hours on average. Bigger pieces (a full flow, a design-system foundation, a built site) get broken into stages, and you'll see progress every day or two until it's done. Nothing sits in a black box.
What does "one active brief at a time" mean?
Queue as many briefs as you like. One is worked at a time, so your problem gets full attention instead of being split five ways. When one ships, the next starts. Most teams keep two or three in the queue and it moves fast.
What if I don't like the direction?
Unlimited revisions until it's right. Say so early and it gets reworked. No drama, no change-order email.
Who does the work?
One designer. The person who scopes your problem on the call is the person who designs it. A product designer with depth in AI-platform UX, enterprise systems and agentic interface design, roughly 18 months embedded with a Series B AI company across authentication, marketplace architecture, MCP integrations and SDUI-constrained tooling. Nothing is handed to a junior, because there is no junior.
What's the difference between Partner and Studio?
Partner is the design tier: senior product design delivered as files. Studio is the build tier: the same work, then shipped as working, deployable front-end (sites and components) with the code handed over, plus codified design systems. AI-native depth and design-system foundations are in both. Pick Studio if you want it built, not just designed.
Do I own the files?
Yes, everything. Figma source files are yours. If Studio ships you a site, it's transferred to your account and it's yours to keep. No subscription needed to hold onto your own work.
How does pausing work?
Finish the month you're already paying for, and billing stops from the next one. No day-banking, no part-months to calculate. Come back whenever you have more design work.
How is this different from hiring or an agency?
No four-month hire, no €100k+ salary and overhead, no account manager between you and the work. Flat monthly fee, staff-level output, pause or cancel when your design load drops.
What don't you do?
No 3D, no video editing, no heavy print production, no illustration-led work. The focus is product design, web, brand, and the marketing assets startups repeat. If it's outside that, I'll tell you on the call.
You're one person. What if I need to scale?
The model is built for depth. If your needs outgrow one senior designer, you'll have a clean system, owned files, and a brand another team can build on. The point is to make you independent.

Not sure it's a fit?

That's what the call is for. Fifteen minutes in, you'll know either way.
